Affirmation, Gratitude and Forethought

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) am building my future body with the thoughts, feelings and responses that I have today. When I am able to respond with forethought, compassion and kindness my heart feels connected to life and lively. As I focus on what I can contribute to each situation, I feel empowered. My journey to being the best wife, friend, listener and writer is filled with opportunities for me to show myself that my heart is ever expanding when I respond to the situations in my life with acceptance and willingness. The more I witness myself being patient and understanding with others, the more I am able to be gentle with myself, to see myself as an innocent child here to love and be loved, the safer I feel. Thank you for loving yourself today. Thank you for being willing to witness your emotions today. I Love You.  :~)

I love reading books about how to be happy. :~)

Today I am grateful for spending time entering a bunch of art shows and musical festivals with Robert Cerins Original Art To Wear Earrings and Pendants, there is going to be more than 10 applications to fill out, for trusting that the best shows possible, will be the shows that select Robert’s hand painted jewelry to be a part of their events, so that I meet the perfect people to help me share the colourful jewelry my sweet husband creates and for becoming the best art promoter imaginable giving both Robert and I the best chance at “Cheering Up The Planet” which is what inspires the both of us. Thank you for thinking about what you are good at today. Thank you for sharing your passion today. I Love You.  :~)
