Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) do my best today in all that I do. When I do my best, the act of knowing I put my heart in my work helps create in my entire body a feeling of contentment. It has become a habit of mine to go the extra mile in all of my activities. When I employ the spiritual principle, being of useful service, I am also employing the habit of going the extra mile which enables me to connect to the spiritual as well as the material world. It is possible for me to get into the flow of abundance when I think only of how I can give or contribute to my world. The more I focus on what I can offer, the more I am living as nature does, always doing her best to be a stunning rose, a majestic mountain, a rolling wave or a new born babe. When I am present in my actions, all my actions bring me presents. Thank you for the moments you were with me here today. Thank you for doing your best today. I Love YOU.  :~)

My work turns to play when I put my heart and soul into it. :~)

Today I am grateful for getting to wash windows for 6 hours today, as I got an unexpected call from a friend Darra-Lee Poole who had a real estate client that needed a window washer and that is one of my gifts being a great window washer, so I washed the inside of the windows while it rained and when it cleared off in the afternoon it was time to go do the outside of the windows, for being strong, flexible and brave enough to wash one story windows on the outside of the house on an extension ladder, gratitude dance and for the herb Fenugreek because it is helpful for soothing my female organs, evens out blood sugar, benefits my cardiovascular system, is good for my kidneys and tastes like maple syrup without the sucrose, which is a tasty treat. Thank you for stopping by to see me today. Thank you for finding one aspect of your life to be grateful for today. I Love YOU. :~)

I love that Fenugreek tastes like maple syrup and is really good for me! :~)
