I am supposed to be here. I build my confidence by repeating words and phrases that create courage in my heart. I am enough. I am worthy of being loved unconditionally. I allow love into my life and heart. I was born to love and be loved. I trust me. I look out for my best interests. I hang out with people who are kind to me. It is within my power to be kind to me first, to treat me as if I am my best friend or lover. I promise to nourish my heart with words that soothe my fears and kindle my assertiveness. Today I am grateful for creating a card to share personal affirmations for the dual purpose of cheering up the people of this planet and for promoting myself as a person capable of relieving discomforts of all types through reflexology, reiki, deep listening and being compassionate, for having a body that is capable of healing cuts, bruises and burns mostly without any help at all, while at the same time digesting food and emitting a vibration of compassion for all to absorb and for my YouTube Channel having 1,000 views so all my videos views total to 1,000, woohoo and there are 17 people subscribed to my channel, so only a few thousand to go to get to a million subscribers.
