Today’s Affirmation; I, shall do my best to keep my thoughts, feelings and spirit in a calm and peaceful state today. I practice the art of deep breathing to make it possible for me to be present and peaceful in the world. Each moment is an opportunity for me to create a good story about the situation I am in. When I think good thoughts, I feel safer, stronger and more capable. By being present to my thoughts and emotions I am able to be accepting of the behaviour of the people in the world with me. I am a stand for peace because I am peaceful. Thank you for being peaceful today! Thank you for being here on earth with me today. I Love YOU! <3 :~)

Today I am grateful for the article in the Cowichan Valley Voice on page 66, where there is an ad for my Happiness Enhancing Gathering Tuesday October 3, 2017, a short bit about what the Happiness Enhancing session will be like and my first published Happiness Enhancing Affirmation in the Cowichan Valley Voice, Woo Hoo!
For making amends to my mom yesterday on Skype as when I was a teenager my dad died when I was 15 and a half, after that I did what ever I wanted, then there was the time I did not talk to my mom for about 3 to 4 years, so I just told her I was sorry I added to her pile of pain, as my mom has lots of pain in her life, she did not need mine too and that I wished I had done better, she started crying and said thank you and blamed my x-husband and I said that at the end of the day I am responsible for my actions, it was soothing to my core to make amends to my mom.
And for getting to witness my body get stronger when I exercise, observing how a few months ago I could hardly do a few of the exercises that I am now doing reps of 15 and 20 of each one.
