Fitness Friday Leg Raisers and Sit Ups

It is important for me to care for my core so that my back stays strong. In the past I use to get back aches on occasion and when it is important to me to exercise my back is pain free! So there is either the pain of exercise or the pain of a back ache. It seems to me to be way more fun to have the pain of the workouts as that kind of pain is making me stronger.
