Healing Our Negative Thoughts

In order for me to be happy it is important to listen to my negative thoughts so that it is possible for me to soothe myself. I comfort myself by poking fun at my fears. I nourish myself with positive self talk. It is possible to change my perceptions and increase my happiness.

When someone is driving around me and makes a mistake instead of being frustrated it is my goal to joke about it. Saying things like “Hey they make mistakes driving just as I do.” LOL LOL LOL Taking the events of my life lightheartedly allows my body to produce more dopamine and serotonin.
