Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) am loving exploring me, I am more outgoing, happier, confident, and content than I have ever been. I am in a mutually supportive relationship where my strengths are appreciated, acknowledged and enhanced by the acceptance of Robert Cerins‘ love of me. I love my life a mantra that I have repeated thousands of times (sometimes it was true and sometimes I repeated it because the life I created was painful and I believed what the self help books told me, to have a happy life I must bring a happy feeling to my present moment as often as possible) and I guess they were right I kept holding on to the belief through all the varied experiences and now I do truly love my life through and through. Thank you for your time. Thank you for being open to me and my stories.
P.S. I am also grateful that when we came home from Victoria last night at about 10:30pm there was a box of fresh local produce from a friends home about 5 kilometres away. We are blessed. Gratitude Dance. ♥ :~)
Today I am grateful for getting to witnessRobert Cerins speak yesterday at the Church Of Truth, touching the hearts of my fellow humans with his book on the head, great sense of humour and loving heart, for a picnic lunch on the beach with friends yesterday after the talk, we had lovely conversations, wading in the waters of the bay and yummy food eaten with fingers and for then going to another friends home sitting on the deck overlooking the water, where after bumping my head with a umbrella he said “he knew I would be forgiving and not get upset for the accidental bump on the head.” I felt happy, heard and understood. Our friend knew I was for being peaceful! Woo Hoo! Thank you for your valuable time. Thank you for sharing your kindness and passion with me. I Love You! ♥ :~)
