Affirmation, Gratitude and Responsibility

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) bring a disposition of joy to all I do today. I joyously search for my US passport so that I may travel easily today. I rejoicingly ask St. Anthony the finder of all things to aid me in my search as Linda O’Connor suggested. I patiently ask my brain where could my passport be with a sense of humour knowing that everything turns up in the right time. I gleefully love my kooky self that did not take note where I placed said passport. I euphorically spend time in deep meditation retracing my steps as to the last time I had seen said passport. And I visualize myself holding said passport with giant triumphant smile that I indeed did find it. I am the master of my emotions. Thank you for your time. Thank you for sharing you knowledge with me. You have smart brains.

Today I am grateful for understanding friends as yesterday I said I would help a friend with a gardening project and then as we are going on a trip today I backed out at the last minute making her evening more work as I had too much to do to get ready for the trip and she still loves me, Gratitude Dance, for the lesson to think before I say yes to something and realize ahead of time if I am going on a trip I best not commit to anything new the day before as that is the best way to care for my friends hearts, bodies and relationships and for forgiving myself for braking my commitment to a dear friend. (My goal is to be realistic about how much I can accomplish in a day, I believe I still have a way to go on that one) hahahahahaha! Thank you for your sweet time. Thanking you for sharing you precious life with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)
