Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) choose today to absorb the pain I witness today and transform it to love. I choose to be a lightening rod for discomfort and distress. I empathetically listen to you or share hearing energy with you. I absorb whatever you are feeling and allow that energy to dissipate out of your energy field and infuse your energy body with the healing love of the Universe. I am an energy jump starter and a happiness spreader. I allow love to flow through me as a gold wire allows electricity to pass through it freely, easily and openly. I am a stand for cheeriness and a creator of joy. Today I read “Where my heart is that is where my treasure lies” so my treasure lies in love. Thank you for the minutes you spend with me today. Today I am grateful for Cheryl Bakke Martin who brought us some affirmation cards with beautiful words and images from her trip to Hawaii, for my friend Eve Roblin for gifting us with a copy of Be Here Now a classic spiritual book written by Ram Dass that I was wanting to get again so Robert Cerins and I could read it together and last night we started to read it together in bed, and for getting to help a tribal elder across the train tracks yesterday with his shopping cart, he used the cart as part walker and part luggage.
