Affirmation, Gratitude and Listening To Self

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have spent the years developing my sense of calmness of mind by observing the thoughts I am thinking and keeping a healthy sense of detachment from my emotions. I listen deeply to my emotions and then I decide what I am to do with those emotions. When I am frustrated I ask myself am I hungry, angry, lonely, tired or getting my period? As my heart answers I then remedy the issue that sparked my frustration by either eating, sleeping comforting my soul, talking out my feelings with a trusted friend or just waiting until my period has passed. When I am feeling calm and content I observe what I have been thinking and feeling about or doing the last few moments, hours or days that inspired my heart to be so joyous and then I repeat those actions over and over aging to bring inner peace to my soul. I get control over only a few aspects of my life and that is my thoughts, my emotions and my actions. So today I choose to see the beauty in you, the beauty in your emotions and the beauty in your actions whatever they may be. I practice seeing only the light of your heart. Thank you for these moments we spend together. Thank you for sharing your honest and caring self with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)
Today I am grateful for the home cleaning jobs I have that allow me the time and energy to pursue my true mission in life of Cheering Up The Planet, for the generous nature of the people of the planet earth that share their gifts openly, honestly and carefully and for this day that I have to share my passion for the art of living joyously with all who cross my path in the physical or viral world. Thank you for your precious time. Thank you for sharing your kindhearted self with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)
