Affirmation, Gratitude and A Kayak Trip

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) spend this day in quiet contemplation of being kindness in all of my interactions. I hold the door for strangers at the bank. I smile at everyone just because it feels good to smile. I patiently wait in line at the grocery store and at Thrifty’s I give my points to the person behind me in line and that always brings a smile to the person’s face which is way more fun than collecting the points. I share my good will in many creative ways throughout the day and I feel empowered. I have just one day to live so I choose to live it in happiness and kindness and I sleep well at night.
Today I am grateful for my new used computer, as we have a wonderful computer Guru Brendan Sean Nyhan ( https://www.facebook.com/brendan.nyhan?ref=ts&fref=ts ) who can get us wonderful used Mac Laptop computers that he goes through and repairs then resells them to people like me who need a great computer and want to have a smaller eco footprint and smaller price point, for getting to go on my first kayak trip today with my sister by choice Sarah Wilson she got a Groupon coupon for a kayak trip for two (I was told to wear no cotton and to not drink too much as peeing out of a kayak is not to easy to do I am guessing LOL ) and for Robert Cerins letting me wear his set of wool army pants that almost fits me, just a bit too long and a bit to big but not so big they fall off. I will be quite a site in the kayak in my full set of wool clothing. ( hahahaha Hopefully my paparazzi have the day off hahahaha ) Thank you for your precious time. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feelings with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

An artist creating a likeness of himself Robeartoe style. Painting heals our soul! :~)
