Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) choose to invest my time, money, thoughts and energy on constructing a more peaceful and sane reality in my life. I trust that I am a co-creator of my world so today I see everything for what it is a beautiful dance of consciousness that it is. I suppose that everything I draw into my life helps me see who I am by how I handle the situation. I see beauty in the eyes of every human I observe. I feel our common heart beat. I sense the emotions that people carry in their minds, hearts and bodies and I honour everyone’s journey as the sacred. I believe I am here to be light and love. I have but one human life, to challenge myself to do what the spiritual books I have read and studied tell me to do which is to be forgiving, faithful, kind, compassionate and most of all patient.
