Affirmation, Gratitude and My Senses

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) thoroughly enjoy all of my senses. My sense of balance allows me to feel grounded in my life. My sense of sight brings delight to my soul because of my ability to observer the vibrant colours of nature, the smiles of all beings and how the wind blows the trees. To have the feeling of touch allows me to feel the wind on my body, the temperature of the environment I am in and experience the feeling of hugs. To hear your stories is like music to my ears and salve to my soul. To smell bread baking, garlic, lilac’s and the yummy food I eat is a true pleasure of incarnating on this plane as is my sense of taste. To savour the flavours of our planet like cinnamon, bananas, grapefruit, salt, greens and nuts just to name a few of my favourites. And for my sense of intuition that guides me through my journey of life with wisdom, foresight and knowledge. I listen to my senses with the courage of a bold adventurer and I feel safe. Thank you for being here today. Thank you for sharing your gifts with me. I Love You. ♥

Today I am grateful for the opportunity I had this weekend to spend with Cathy Key creating one painting and two collages in an inspiring and fun mixed medium art class with other woman, we had loving conversations supported each other through the artistic process and all the women in the group created art they loved, for being supported by Robert Cerins to take this playshop as having some creative free time with no agenda was just what I needed and I am feeling all better now and for getting to compensate Cathy for her class with my healing reflexology/energy jumpstarting as I gave her and her husband Madhu Bolton reflexology and they both loved it, (Gratitude Dance) and some homemade raw crackers created by my sweet Robert. (I will post some images of my paintings later this week.) Thank you for joining me today. Thank you for sharing your joy with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

Playing musice with friends opens my heart, mind and spirit.
