Affirmation, Gratitude and March Against Monsanto

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) love being proactive in all areas of my life. I have studied what makes humans truly happy for most of my life and so far what I have found out is that choosing to be happy in the moment is the best way to be happy. To be thankful for everything, so I am thankful for the fear in my life as well as the love in my life as both are necessary for survival. To be of service to myself, my family, my community and my world gives me a sense of purpose and accomplishment. To put the emotional health of myself and the people in my life above the material stuff in my life also brings a sense of calmness and compassion to my heart. And to realize that I am a powerful spiritual being that incarnated to share myself with myself.
Today I am grateful that on Saturday I exercised my right to march, demonstrate and support local farmers, as I believe eating well creates joy in my body, for eating organic food since 1994 as I am experimenting on me to find out if I eatwell, think well and act out of the spirit of kindness does that really promote health as many of the spiritual and self help books I have read, so far it seems to be working as I am 48.5 years old and medication free and for voting with my dollars for a better world as buying organic food lowers my carbon footprint as does buying local (as all my greens and vegetables are coming from Sweet Maggies Farm, Makaria Farm and Alderlea Farm) and burning 100% bio-diesel in our TDI Jetta. Thank you for being here with me today. Thank you for sharing your perfect self with me. I Love You.  :~)

I love being proactive in my life, health and community.
