Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) know that for change to happen in my life I must change something, so today I make a small step in the direction of my dreams. I have changed many things about my life already, I have changed partners, my diet, the country I reside in, my attitude about people, the mistakes I make myself and as a collective part of the whole and my view of who I am and most of all what I am capable of.
