Affirmations, Gratitude and Support

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) get to decide today what kind of attitude I shall have. So I take a moment and think what is most important to me today? My answer is, to be happy! How do I best accomplish this task? I think happy constructive thoughts that inspire in my heart a sense of hopefulness. I spend time thinking of all the people who have helped me, allowed me to help them and to appreciate the sun, as well as the rain. I embrace the events of this day as if I had planned out what ever happens. I am gentle with myself and the people I love as I trust we are all right where we are supposed to be for our souls highest growth. I practice being patient, kind, generous, accepting and funny, so that the people I meet will feel lighter after hanging with me. Thank you for being here with me today. Thank you for sharing your light in your own perfect way. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for my ability to be patient with myself, the people in my life and my family, so that I am able to live from a place of acceptance and delight at the events of my life, for trusting that even though I can not see the future, I realize that I am secure in my spirit even though my body is temporary and for rejoicing in the fact that I am a girl, a woman, a lady, a female, a bearer of life, light and laughter. I am worthy, I am abundant and I am whole. Thank you for bringing joy to my life. Thank you for inspiring me to love. I Love You.  :~)
