Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have a choice today of how I perceive the events of this day. My choice for today of how I am going to perceive the circumstances of each moment, as if every single thing that happens is exactly what was supposed to happen and what I wanted to have happen, so that I am emitting a vibration of contentment for the Universe to feel, as the Universe wants to feel content and in order for the Universe to feel content, my heart needs to emit a vibration of contentment. The more I am able to emit the feelings of satisfaction, fulfillment and joy the more positive vibrations there are for every heart to draw from. As the way I see the world, is when I emit joyous feelings then there are more happy vibes for every heart in the universe to draw from and I have helped create the possibility of tranquility for every heart to thrive. Thank you for emitting the vibrations of compassion today. Thank you for bravely opening your heart to love. I Love You. :~)

Today I am grateful for warm clothes made of wool, that lovely sheep grow so much extra hair that they are able to share some with me, for my commitment to grow into my most loving, accepting, compassionate and confident self, so that my feeling of worth is enhanced allowing me to speak my truth lovingly that everyone is capable of finding a feeling of gratitude about something when some thought, energy and effort is applied and for the opportunity I have in 2016 to spread the message of empowerment, enjoyment and engagement of my heart in every conversation, connection and action I take this year.
