Affirmation, Gratitude and Self-Care

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) commit to being kind to me today. I treat myself as if I am a sacred spiritual being here to experience bliss in the physical realm. The more I trust in the quantum world of possibility the more my realty is joyous. I repeat feeling worthy, refeeling good feelings over and over again, until I have grooved my self worth into my subconsciousness and my world responds by giving me life affirming experiences. The more I believe in me, my dreams and my capacity to achieve my goals the more calmer, more focused and happier I am. I have the ability to change my life, by changing my focus. Thank you for focusing on what you want today. Thank you for listening to your gut today. I Love You.   :~)

Today I am grateful for Gabor Mate who reminded me today that caring for me is more important than caring for others, that giving myself time for me is as important for my health as eating right and exercising, for practicing caring for me first today, so that I am able to care for others from a place of fullness rather than from emptiness and for allowing myself to believe that I am worthy of being cared for, being listened to and being respected, since I am the only person that gets to decide what is most important for me, today I make me a priority, a person worth caring for is who I am, so I care for me first today. Thank you for caring for you first today. Thank you for loving yourself today. I Love You.  :~)
