Affirmation, Gratitude and Thoughts

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) practice loving myself today by being accepting of how I am each morning. My emotions are created by my thoughts and perceptions of each situation that arises. Since the only part of my my day that I am able to control are my thoughts and perceptions I invest my energy into thoughts that support my theory that everything is working out exactly as it is supposed to and to keep my perceptions concerned with what I can give and contribute to life. When I concentrate on all that I have already, living in the present moment I feel calm. I witness the days events as an interested bystander that has no emotional investment to anything that happens allowing all good things to come to me in their perfect time. The more I trust I am already on my path, the more the doors open, to the future of my dreams. Thank you for investing in your dreams today. Thank you for being here today. I Love You.  :~)

Trusting in the world of possibilities and dreams is what makes life worth living. :~)

Today I am grateful for my brother Tim Sorensen going to see our mom Vicki Hart as that will make her happiest of all things on the planet, which makes me happy too, for castor oil packs as I am putting castor oil on my tummy when I sleep to increase the health of my lymph system as well as my endocrine system and for my trust in Universal Source Energy to guide me to the people, remedies, books, speakers, opportunities and actions that are important to apply today to achieve the outcomes I visualize in my future. Thank you for connecting to Source Energy today. Thank you for being aware of your needs today. I Love You.  :~)
