Affirmation, Gratitude and Emotions

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have an opportunity to influence the people in my life by my actions, attitudes and emotions. I make being present to my emotions a priority today. What are my thoughts telling me as my brain is spewing thoughts all day long and then at night there are night thoughts I think of as dreams. My thoughts directly effect my emotions, so today I witness my thoughts as if my thoughts were going to happen as soon as I think them, my thoughts are powerful creation tools, so I guide my thoughts to goals that bring myself and my community joy which creates in my heart contentment. Thank you for watching your thoughts today. Thank you for listening to your emotions today. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for a clear blue sky as I am going outside today to care for the raspberry bushes once again, there will be trimming back of some of the vines today so if you are at the Duncan Farmer’s Market and want some free Raspberry cuttings please stop by our booth, (hopefully we will be there as we are drop in’s) but I will have the raspberry cuttings starting this afternoon, for my body being healthy, strong, helpful and comfortable, my health is my biggest blessing as it makes the rest of my life go smoother, and for trusting that by managing my emotions, connecting with friends on a heart felt level, nourishing my body with whole local food that I am helping myself be health tomorrow as well as today.
