Affirmation, Gratitude and A Barmah Hat

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) listen to the tones of voice that I hear today, it is important to pay attention to my tone of voice as well. It is vital to me to be calm when I speak so that my voice as well as my vibration is as soothing as possible. In every interaction of my life I have a chance to choose calmness. When I hear discomfort of any kind in the voice of the person speaking to me, I do my best to put myself in their shoes and think of a way to provide reassurance to their heart. The more my attention is focused on what my actions are moment by moment the more grounded I feel. It is in my power to create a centre of calmness just as the eye of a tornado is totally calm by focusing my energy on the here and now. Thank you for the time you were here today. Thank you for listening deeply to every voice you hear today. I Love You.  :~)

This is what I endeavor to do every day so that I am capable of emitting love at a moments notice. :~)

Today I am grateful for learning that when I wear my Barmah Hat in my office while I sit at my desk, the hat allows me to work because I can see the screen now, where at other times I had to find some cardboard to put in the window so that I could see the computer screen, for getting to get the two gold fillings put into my mouth today, when the dentist asked if I wanted freezing, I said no as the less of that weird painkilling drug in my system the better and it did not hurt at all when Dr. Dustin George drilled out the temporary fillings, it felt wonderful to feel brave and not have any freezing medicine and for getting to go and see a friend I have not seen for a while, she is always full of stories, great humour and heart felt connection so I am going to have a fun afternoon. Thank you for joining me in appreciating life today. Thank you for connecting with someone you love today. I Love YOU.

The first hat I ever loved a Barmah Hat Robert Cerins got me on Granview Island, after I moved here to Canada as it helped me keep warm and now it keeps the sun out of my eyes as well. :~)
