Affirmation, Gratitude and #Rocking Menopause!

Today’s Affirmation; I, practice listening to my body today. I nurture my body with whole foods prepared with love! I am worthy!
Today I am grateful for having the last four nights where I slept for eight or more hours all because I am eating only fresh fruits and vegetables, meats and gelatin, with my treat being a few organic almonds and one square of rich dark organic chocolate a day, #rockingmenopause, for the bonus of giving up dairy, which clears up any bumps or eczema that I have left, after having a few pieces of bread in the last few months and for trusting that the reactions, issues or problems my body is having is just a way my body is communicating what it needs to function in top form.
