Today’s Affirmation; I, embrace all my emotions as my friend. Today I befriend my anger and resentment. When I listen to my angry and resentful feelings it nourishes my heart. My anger is there to tell me when my boundaries are being crossed. When I feel angry or resentful I pay attention to what I am angry or resentful about. I must care for me if I want to care for others, so that I am giving from a place for fullness. My angry emotions only want to protect me from some perceived trouble. I value all my emotions and I feel calmer. I am worthy. I am lovable. Thank you for spending a bit of your day with me. Thank you for bravely loving all your valuable emotions. I Love YOU. <3 :~)
Today I am grateful for the group Cowichan Healing Arts as yesterday when I went to the page by accident a lady was asking for a Lymphathic Drainage Massage which I know how to do, so I wrote under her post, I would love to be of service to you, then she called made an appointment, we met today, she just left feeling relaxed, Gratitude Dance for Social Media, for trusting that I am right where I am supposed to be even when that place is in between homes and for allowing myself to believe that I am valuable, important and lovable.
