Affirmation, Gratitude and Compassionate Communication

I have a chance to appreciate me today. I choose to be gentle with myself as my day unfolds. I do a little gratitude dance after I clean the kitchen which creates in my heart a bit of joy. It is up to me to find the joy that lives in every moment. I nurture my curious nature. I am always busy discovering new ways to befriend myself and others. I allow myself to visualize meeting new people that are capable of inspiring me meet my goals. It is possible to create calm in chaos if my heart is centered on love. I am a generator of joy. I am a creator of calmness. I am a capable of creatively creating happiness in my heart with my smart brains and lovable heart. I am Love. Thank you for believing in your power to be a generator of Joy. Thank you for being here on earth with me today https://www.instagram.com/p/BfRZ02_n9wp/?taken-by=dekedafreke

Today I am grateful for being able to increase the well being in my body by practicing the time tested methods of eating well and giving my body the exercise it needs, for getting to experience the feeling of my body getting to be stronger, from the exercises I have been doing consistently four days a week and for getting to be a part of a group of people in our community committed to being compassionate in how we speak to each other and ourselves, it is a group based on Compassionate Communication developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg. https://www.facebook.com/events/275658066299156/ Thank you for joining me today in being grateful. Thank you for speaking to yourself and others compassionately. I Love YOU! <3 :~)

an image of a gray haired white man Dr. Marshall Rosenberg next to a quote of his that reads " I try never to hear what another person thinks of me. I enjoy like a lot more when I spend as little time as possible hearing or thinking about what other people think about me. I go to the needs behind the thoughts. Then I'm in a different world.
Speaking Compassionately helps me stay connected to my heart and the hearts of everyone I meet.
