It is within out power to create calmness in every moment of our day. By deep belly breathing it is possible to trick my body into believing I am calm. Which in turn actually causes calmness in my entire being. Then when I add focusing of my mind and heart on hope, faith, cooperation and calmness. My life gets easier. I am a stand for calmness.
