Today I am grateful for singing, in a few hours I get to sing the song “The Rose” at the Duncan Farmers Market a song that I deeply love. Yesterday when I sang “The Rose” at my master class I let the song flow through me with openness and faith and I received true applause from my class mates (super big Gratitude Dance). I was so grateful that at the end of the song, I felt I had sung it with all my heart, emotions and love. My voice is opening up, coming out and expanding. I am totally in gratitude for Cari Burdett‘s dedication to being a singing teacher and sharing her musical passion with us. Lastly today I am grateful for my ability to grow, learn and experiment with life. Thank you for your time as I know how precious it is. Thank you for sharing your open and caring self with me.
Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) get this one life for sure to improve myself and my world. So today I am loving, learning, sharing, caring, accepting, encouraging, thanking, being and creating in joyous expectation of all I am capable of becoming. When I look back at how far I have come, the choices I have made and somehow lived through, I believe that since I have effected change in my life that maybe, just maybe I am able to effect change in the world just by sharing my experience openly, honestly and carefully. Today I give myself permission to be seen, heard and experienced through my voice in song and words. Ever since I was 5 years old and my Sunday School teacher told me my singing voice was beautiful I have wanted to be able to share my voice in love, connection and gratitude. So today I am going to accomplish this goal. I am growing like flower in the spring, changing and learning to love me unconditionally. I am ok, in fact on second thought I am better than I have ever been in my entire! I am living in gratitude and thankfulness today and the best of my ability for all days in the future.
