Affirmation, Gratitude and Dancing!

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) embrace the role I have chosen as spreader of good feelings. I am deep in the core of my being love, joy, play, innocence, openness and gratitude. I focus on expanding these qualities so that every cell of my body is filled to the brim with them and spills over into my outer world. I am grateful to have chosen to explore happiness as my passion. Cheering up the planet is a dream that calls me every morning to keep stay focused on the joy of living. I realize that there are events that cause me discomfort in my days and I embrace those with curiousness and calmness. I welcome everything in my life with a sense of adventure for how each situation I experience causes me to grow and mature. I am a stand for peace. Thank you for allowing me to share my experiences with you. Thank you for sharing your kind and compassionate self with me.

Today I am grateful for play, yesterday was an entire day of play and I am grateful for every moment of it I feel refreshed and inspired today. I started the day of course with affirmations which bring joy to my days and happy thoughts to my mind. I then went with my fabulous husband Robert Cerins to Cathy Key and Madhu Bolton‘s new home where we all played together at painting, cleaning and conversation. What an amazing view we had of the Brentwood Bay Ferry and Saanich inlet as we played. After which we went to the Chapters Book Store in downtown Victoria for the book launch of Blissful a raw food recipe book by Heather Cunliffe and then we watched Heather create delicious and nutritious organic raw food that is to live for and we got to taste and savour the fresh raw organic almond milk, Cafe Bliss Raw Chocolate Hearts, The Cafe Bliss Balls, and fabulous Nori Rolls. It was the perfect place to be when I was hungry after playing with friends all day. And lastly I am grateful for needing to use the washroom and walking into The Irish Times Pub just to use the washroom and getting to see two of our favourite musicians Calvin Carins and Jeremy Walsh we then ordered a beer to share and danced for all we were worth, were the only two people dancing and of course Robert wore the book on his head while we danced, (we even slow danced all by ourselves on the dance floor) what a great and fabulous day. Thank you for sharing in my bliss. Thank you for your time. Thank you for being the perfect you just as you are today! I Love You! ♥ :~)
