Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) share my heart openly and with everyone I meet today. I share my smile with the people I pass in the street, grocery store and farmers market. I have this day and only this day to share my love, care and calmness with everyone I who crosses my path. One of my favourite sayings I made up a few years ago is “Patience is free you know” I say this line to clerks in grocery store, bank tellers, government agents, and anytime there is an opportunity to encourage the people around me to relax every thing is happening just as it ought and all is well in my world. I trust my life is unfolding just as it is supposed to and I am safe. I am an abundant lady that has much to share. I am kindness and compassion incarnated. I am love and light and so are you. Thank you for sharing your love and light with me.

Today I am grateful for my ability to effect change in myself (over the years I have changed much about me I have changed how I eat, how I dress and even more importantly how I think, I now know how important it is to follow my gut instinct, always), for the courage I have gained in speaking my truth in the last few years, mostly because I choose a man that is capable of deep listening so I started to talk more and for the courage to share my passion for happiness, love and caring with the world.
