Affirmation, Gratitude, and Practice

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) enjoy reading books that inspire me to love myself and love others as a way of being. Reading books that tell me I can change the world by changing my perspective inspire me to change my perspective. I practice the ideas I have read to see which ones truly make me happy and which ones did not work for me. I find that the mantras that work best for me are “I think before I act or speak” is helpful, “Calmness is the most beautiful jewel of wisdom”, “Every cell of my body is filled to the brim and overflowing with love”, and “I am safe” are just a few of the mantras I repeat to bolster my positive and loving attitude. I practice being happy as one of the books I read said that the “Happiest person in the world is the strongest” so I am seeing if that is true.
Today I am grateful for Linda O’Connor as she is delivering to us some business cards she had printed for us in trade for helping her create the brochure I posted a couple of days ago, for a friend coming up and saying how my posts have helped her as she is feeling stuck and she wants to connect and maybe get her own personalized affirmations which created in me a feeling of joy and confirmation, and for all the colourfully vibrant art that fills my posts created by my wonderfully talented husband Robert Cerins.
