Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) love when I speak out for what I believe in. For years I would not speak my mind for fear of offending people and for fear of what they might think of me. However now days I feel empowered when I speak my heart. I allow my strong heart brain to guide me through my days and I accept that my heart is wiser than my head. My heart is connected to the hearts of all beings and for that I am grateful. My heart is the strongest electromagnetic field producing part of my being and I amplify my heart’s electromagnetic field by tuning into my hearts frequency, listening deeply to my heart. What is it wanting to reveal to me every moment? I believe it is revealing to me in every moment to love, to be patient and to believe in the goodness of all hearts. Today I am grateful for all the like minded people on the lawn at the legislature yesterday there were even many MLA’s that attended, spoke in support of democracy and hope for renewable energy, for all the loving energy I felt in the Defend Our Coast Rally yesterday the people were passionate and for connecting with so many friends yesterday it was like a party of love for for our Mother Earth/Ocean every where I look there was someone I knew personally and love. Thank you for your precious time spent with me this morning. Thank you for loving our mother in your own way. I Love You. ♥
