Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, choose to laugh and be lighthearted. Twenty seconds of laughing provides as much of a work out as three minutes of rowing. (The previous information was learned from reading the book The Heart’s Code) I love to laugh and to make others laugh as well. I bring a my sense of humour and loud laugh every where I go. In fact just the other day my mother in law said my laugh is so funny if I just went on stage and laughed then everyone would laugh and that too made me laugh. My sense of humour has gotten me through the many learning experiences that have made up my life. I have learned to take the events of my life as they come and to create a story that is happy and lots of times really funny and makes all my days interesting and delightful. Just like kayaking in the rain with Sarah the other day she said to me you did not complain once and I thought to my self well neither did you Sarah Wilson! I love my life.
Today I am grateful for getting to have dinner with Robert Cerins family and his sister Pipi Tustian’s family last night. We took our homemade sauerkraut and then for dinner they were having sauerkraut too, for going next to drop off a birthday card to a friend and then getting invited to dinner with their family too and boy it was good, fresh vegetables from their garden and peppers galore, and for waking up this morning to see a picture of me posted by Sarah Wilson of the beginning of our wonderful 2 hour kayak trip (it was empowering to feel strong and healthy enough to paddle a kayak for two hours and have no sore muscles the next day.) Thank you for your precious time. Thank you for sharing your perfect self with me. I Love You! ♥ :~)
