Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) spend this day in thankfulness and appreciation for all the love I have been given up to this point in my existence. I was loved by the Universe and led to incarnate on this beautiful blue ocean/earth planet. Next I was loved by my human parents at first not even realizing or remembering their actions just the overall feeling of love and fear. Then I remember being loved by friends, animals (horses, dogs, cats, goats and pigs, however the pigs did not seem too loving) and now at this stage in my life I just want to love, to love all humankind, to love all nature, and to love all the events that take place while I am lucky enough to be able to experience emotion, temperature, feelings and kindnesses.
Today I am grateful for all the people who gave me the best birthday ever yesterday by sending me loving Facebook posts, coming by our home for dinner or just sending loving thoughts and vibrations, I treasure and embrace your love, for the yummy gluten free pizza Linda O’Connor’s family brought to dinner last night, the fabulous apple crisp that Sarah Wilson’s family brought last night and for getting gifted from my sweet man Robert Cerins a 3 x 4 foot plate glass mirror for our washroom (which is now more beautiful than ever.) I feel loved, appreciated and valued. Thank you for being here with me. Thank you for sharing your loving kindnesses with me too. I Love You. :~) ♥
