Affirmation, Gratitude and Community

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) spend this day listening to the appreciation I get and letting it sink deep into each cell of my body so that I am fueled to write, love and share myself with the world again today. I realize the only aspect I have control over in my life is my attitude so I practice having appreciation for everything so that way I keep my mind focused on a positive slant. Because I believe and practice the ideas shared through the ages that the person who controls their mind controls their destiny. So my life’s mission is to master my mind, process and feel my emotions turning my emotions into useful energy and focusing on increasing the joy on the planet no matter what is going on in the three dimensional world. To focus on the fourth dimension, that is my mind, my hologram or holodeck, where I create my future thought by thought, emotion by emotion and action by action. I am whole and complete as long as I feel what is going on in the present. Thank you for being here today. Thank you for sharing your whole and complete self with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)
Today I am grateful for the celebration of art, music and heart connections made at the Inspire Shawnigan Art Gallery in Shawnigan Lake, BC, we had people ages 10 to 60+ that played music, sang, did origami, introduced themselves, expressed themselves, did yoga, danced, and had heart felt conversations about art and what lights their passions afire, for the yummy dehydrated buckwheat crackers, guacamole and humus that Robert Cerins created for the potluck, the gluten free pizza created by Linda O’Connor was fabulous as usual, there was some cookies that were also gluten free and a raw dessert that had a ground nut crust topped with bananas, raspberries and blueberries, it was a feast for all the senses and for the last songs of the night being inspired by the youngest musician of all when he got out is fiddle and played two songs the final one in which all the adult musician lead by Robert accompanied the young man and all had a musical conversation. Robert’s art was enjoyed and appreciated by all. Thank you for your time. Thank you for expressing yourself honestly. I Love You. ♥ :~)
