Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) choose to be tell myself a good story about the events of my life and my world. I focus on all that is good in my life and every cell in my body relaxes. I trust in the goodness of human kind. I trust that every heart on this planet was created by loving energy. I incarnated in a Universe where even the electricity runs positive and negative so I embrace all energy as an opportunity for my heart to be love. My spirit thrives when I choose to be kind. I search for ways to be helpful and my heart expands. I can feel the love emitting from the people I meet or I can feel the love that they need to be given, emitting from me. The cycle of love, the giving and receiving of energy at it’s finest comes from all hearts. I am a generator of kindness and compassion with a goal to energize every heart in the Universe with my loving vibration. I am a spiritual being that incarnated to love all aspects of the physical universe.

Today I am grateful for celebrating Karin Lewis’ Birthday Party last night where the potluck was fabulous, the conversations were enlightening and the music was inclusive, danceable and heart felt everyone was contributing energy whether they were singing, playing, dancing or listening, for inspiring feedback I am receiving from people on my blog, twitter, facebook and in person from my writing of affirmations and gratitudes and for all the people on the planet focusing on love daily as I understand their are many souls here on the planet that are bringing the vibration of love to their hearts in all the situations life brings them holding on to the spiritual principle of kindness at all times.
