Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) take pride in all I do today. I realize that when my actions are taken with a sense of dignity I enjoy even the most laborious jobs. As I invest my heart in all of my daily tasks I come to realize my jobs are done better and in less time which is a plus. To imagine the people benefiting from my toil brings a smile to my face and gives me a sense of purpose. To enjoy taking out the trash, washing the dishes to give my family a clean surface to eat from or cleaning the washroom and folding the toilet paper into a point hoping who ever uses the washroom feels as if they are on a lovely vacation. I imbue all of my actions with love so I feel connected to source energy. To dance in joy with the broom across the floor keeps me healthy and joyous while cleaning the homes of my clients. I have only one chance to enjoy each moment of my life so I choose to act in love, joy and delight so that my days are sweet.

Today I am grateful for spending time evaluating who I am spending my time with as the people I surround myself with effect all parts of my life and my dreams, for choosing people with the capacity to be responsible for their thoughts, feelings and actions so that I may have healthy conversations that bring awareness and lightness to our interactions and for knowing that any time I spend with people who are unaware of their emotional out bursts that I comfort myself that they are spirits in pain and that I choose to rise to my highest spiritual self and do my best to love them unconditionally as I would someone loving me unconditionally.
