Affirmation, Gratitude and Volunteering

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) enjoy being a part of my community through volunteering, doing art projects, creating a healing circle, creating Affirm My Heart Classes and helping out on my friends projects. One of the best things to do with my hands is lend them to a friend and loved one by being useful. Being helpful enlarges my heart, increases my knowledge base and connects me to source energy. I choose to be giving like the sun today, shining for all to see, generously warming the hearts of all who cross my path, encouraging each spiritual being I meet to let their light shine, by bravely shining my own light. Thank you for being my witness today. Thank you for sharing your world with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

Today I am grateful for the the abundance in my life, as I feel more content and satisfied than ever because I am allowing my writing muse to flourish daily as I write these words of thankfulness and affirmation for all I am receiving in the moment, for choosing to think before I act or speak so that I am making conscious decisions about the words uttered from my mouth, the actions that I take and the emotions that I allow to lead my heart. I am the boss of me, I act with forethought so that I am expressing my heart with clarity and compassion. My emotions are powerful tools when harnessed to do my bidding so I respectfully listen to what my emotions are communicating so that I know what is best for me. I value the information communicated to and from my heart and I feel safe. Thank you for joining me here today. Thank you for sharing your bliss with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)

Being conscious of my vibration brings peace to my world.  My husband Robert Cerins’ latest painting being donated to the CNIB Eye Appeal Art Event.  :~)
