Affirmation, Gratitude and Mind

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) instead of being used by my mind choose to use my mind as the powerful tool of creation that it is. Today I use my mind to imagine a world where everyone cooperates knowing that when people cooperate, they create extra energy from the synergy of hearts working closely together. I use my mind to visualize farms of organic food being worked by people who feel valued for their labour. I contribute to a healthy planet by living each day as if it could be my last, savouring my food, my friends and my experiences for the miracles they are. I envision my future filled with writing, speaking and sharing my joy for the uplifting of all hearts to a state of bliss. As happiness is not a chance to me it is a choice I make every moment of the day. I choose to enjoy the mundane as well as the beaches. I choose to enjoy the cooking as much as the cleaning up. I have dishes to wash and hot water that comes on anytime I like. It is so easy to wash clothes just throw them into a machine, wow. I am blessed to be here at a time when I have time to ponder the questions of the heart and the mysteries of life.

Today I am grateful for my dream of being a writer coming true (as since I read the Little House On The Prairie book series I thought I was Laura Ingalls Wilder reincarnated and I wanted to be a writer when I grew up and now I am writing joyous words five days a week), for believing that I was a good person and so that there must be a man out there who wants to love himself, be responsible for his emotions and to love people, so the Universe lead me toRobert and for being able to express myself after coming from a family that was quietly frustrated, it is a blessing to be able to articulate my thoughts, emotions and dreams. Thank you for being here with me today. Thank you for witnessing my words. I Love You. ♥ :~)
