Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) know that since I was born, I will die. So I choose to make my actions kind today. My goal is to make friends. To be able to comfort my heart and the heart of others is what turns me on. I understand that my attitude effects everything from the hormones my body produces, to the vibration every cell of my body emits. So today I hone my attitude as if it is my very existence is hinged upon my ability to be appreciative, helpful and calm, as from the books I have read, the experiences I have witnessed and the mentors in my life taught, that it is. Today I am grateful for honing my skills of being compassionate, listening with my whole being and trusting that all humanity is exactly where it is supposed to be, for having a healthy body that thrives when I nourish it with whole local food, rest and friends and for allowing my heart to expand, so that my heart is capable of resonating calmness for all spirits to draw serenity from, as I draw fresh water from a well to nourish my body.
