Affirmation, Gratitude and Personal Responsibility

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, embrace all my emotions with compassion. As I incarnated to feel, express and experience life which is why I have a body. Only in a body can I experience contrast, feelings, touch, taste, vision, hearing and intuition, so today I allow the energy of life to flow through me. Witnessing how I respond to each situation be it powerful, boring or interesting helps me get to know myself and my boundaries. I embrace all of me and I feel whole. I choose to be gentle with myself and I feel calm. I repeat words that help me to feel more connected to my heart and intuition, such as, I am valid. I am perfect just the way I am. I encourage myself with positive self talk and I feel better. I realize that when I focus on what I what, the constructive actions I take, what I get accomplished I then have lots of energy to take care of a few of my own needs nurturing my spirit and soothing my heart. May you think on what you did that pleased you today. Thank you for being kind to your self. I Love You. :~)

 

Today I am grateful for admitting when I am wrong, so that my relationships are peaceful, for listening to me so that I am able to meet my needs, instead of expecting the people in my life to fulfill my needs, with out even communicating first (as I have done in the past) and for knowing that for my relationships to be copacetic, I choose to cooperate, be responsible for my actions and do my best to express my emotions calmly. Thank you for being conscious of your actions today. Thank you for bringing a smile to all you create today. I Love You. :~)
