Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have a chance to influence the whole of the Universe today with my powerful emotional vibe. The spiritual books I have read tell me that, I must be what I want, want what I have and to be content with where I am, while at the same time growing into my most enlightened spiritual self. To further my goal of influencing the Universe today I shall put into use the spiritual ideas of patience, willingness and generosity. I willingly spend time reflecting on my thoughts so that when I speak my words are compassionate. I make small talk in the grocery store line so it makes being patient in line a breeze. Today I am grateful for friends that make my life worth living, some people want a million dollars, I feel that a million friends, are worth way more, because then I will hear a million more stories, for the relationships that cause me to see myself in a million different ways as each person, event and emotion brings out in me a new aspect, feeling or action from my being that I enjoy or that I feel I want to explore and for learning to trust my feelings, intuition and actions even when they make me uncomfortable as maybe my whole earthly journey is not supposed to be comfortable, so today I welcome the uncomfortable times in my life with an open heart.
