Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have a chance today to influence my future. I take responsibility for my actions which creates in my heart a feeling of safety. When I feel, I feel love then I am vibrating close to how the Universe vibrates. The more I stay in a state of contentment the more oxytocin my body makes which increases my resilience, which in turn strengthens my resolve and my focus which then allows my to stay in the loving vibration the Universe exudes daily. When I exude love I am strengthening the “Field of Love” for every heart to draw on increasing the chances of love coming back to me. My heart sends and receives electrical energy every moment of the day so today I think about the energy I am emitting and the whole Universe feels safer. Thank you for feeling your vibe today. Thank you for emitting love. I Love You.  :~)

Today I am grateful for the challenges in my life that have shaped me, taught me what I want, as well as teaching me what I do not want, helped me to grow into the person I am today and allowed me to learn to appreciate life, for the common human issues of learning to live in and love the skin I am in, embracing the fears that are instilled in my cells conquering the fears taught to me by the people in my life and practiced by me until I could see how my fears were effecting me and for my ability to change, transform and blossom into a compassionate, wise and helpful lady. Thank you for loving yourself today. Thank you for embracing the changes in your life today. I Love you. :~)
