Today’s affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) have an opportunity today to add love, to the universal pool of love that we were all created from. The best ways I have found to increase the loving energy back to the creator of all, is to be helpful, to lend my energy easily to the people I care about, to put myself in the shoes of the people who cross my path so that my understanding of the human condition is filled with compassion, to smile at everyone I see, sharing the light of hope in my eyes, with their eyes. My mission is to know that everyone I meet is capable of being love, then just accept what ever it is they feel and think and express about themselves and others. I visualize every cell of my body being filled with love, so that I am able to express love with calmness and confidence. Thank you for being confident today. Thank you for expressing yourself calmly. I Love You.  :~)

Today I a grateful for being able to get organized and do our bookkeeping so that our papers are in order for our taxes, for getting all the forms, receipts and a diagram of the car accident from last March 28th 2014, sent into ICBC so that we can get some money, to reimburse us for our medical bills and the money we missed from not working after the accident and for the patience I have honed so that I am able to enjoy all the paperwork that comes along with being incarnated on the planet earth this time around. (When I was growing up my dad made paper in a paper mill.) Thank you for having fun getting your papers in order. Thank you for being gentle with yourself with tending the papers too. I Love You.  :~)
