Affirmation, Gratitude and Connection

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) practice the art of listening today, to what is underneath the words, my joy is listening for the emotions in the words so that I am able to connect with the speaker on the deepest emotional level possible. The most important person for me to listen to is me and my emotions so that I am able to respond to the events of my life in a way that pleases me. Responding with awareness to the events and people in my day brings a sense of calmness to my heart and mind allowing me to feel safe. When I listen to the emotions of others my hope is to increase their sense of safety too. Thank you for evolving to your highest self today. Thank you for listening to your emotions today. I Love You. :~)

Humans have two ears and one mouth to remind us to listen twice as much as we speak. Old proverb

Today I am grateful for the fun and abundant day we had at the Duncan Farmers Market https://www.facebook.com/DuncanFarmersMarket/?fref=ts yesterday we are blessed to be a part of this market, as we get to see friends and family every week, for my belief that kindness is my strongest ally while walking the world in my human form, as I incarnated to connect to other hearts, kindness helps me accomplish that connection and for trusting that I am right where I am supposed to be at all times even if I am running late, because my being runs on spiritual time, even though that plays havoc in my three dimensional world at times. Thank you for being incarnated today. Thank you for being kind today. I Love You.  :~)
