Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) explore my commitment to self growth today by doing activities that increase the chances of me thriving. I spend time applying the spiritual principle of forgiveness, by first forgiving myself for any and all unkind thoughts I have had about me. Instead of silently berating myself under my breath today I praise my small accomplishments like getting the garbage out on time, finishing my bookkeeping, taking a walk in the forest with my sweet husband or just spending time quietly preparing a healthy meal with an attitude of gratitude. When my thoughts and emotions are constructive I feel creative and aligned. When my thoughts and emotions are aligned all my projects, human connections and actions flow with ease. Thank you for breathing deeply today. Thank you for embracing your innate wisdom today. I Love You. :~)

Today I am grateful for having a sunny day to clean up our home because our landlady put her property on the market, where the home is we live on, so now I get to deep clean our home with the hope that the prospective buyers are excited to see our abode, for having a wonderful landlady who is supportive, compassionate, patient and fun to connect with (here is a link to the property where we live http://tours.imagemaker360.com/Viewer/82.asp?ID=147359) and for my ability to connect to the energy that sparked all hearts through the implementation of meditation, as my friendship with meditation started in 1996 with my introduction to Paramahansa Yogananda from a trusted friend.
