Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) deepen my love relationship with me today. I stand in front of a mirror today and I sing praises of gratitude for every part of my body, I thank my muscles for holding me up, I thank my tongue for its ability to taste fresh cranberries, that were so sour that they made my face pucker up like crazy, I appreciate my noses ability to smell clean laundry, fresh cut grass and homemade chicken soup cooking, as that is what my nose is smelling right now, I value my bodies ability to hear the sound of my loved ones joy and pain. I approve of my entire body mind and spirit. When I am thrilled with the body I have, my body responds to my self love by sleeping better. I approve of my mistakes as I have done my best to learn from them, apply what I learned and have successes with people and situations that use to overwhelm me. Thank you for your precious time. Today I am grateful for getting to talk to my mom on our regular Sunday morning call, it is great to connect at the heart and mind with my Mom, for having a great day at the Duncan Farmers Market yesterday as I got to see lots of friends, we made many customers happy, Robert Cerins‘ parents came by the market to see us yesterday and the man who made my gold fillings James came by the farmers market to get seed garlic to plant at his home and dropped off my new tooth jewelry so the dentist can put my gold fillings in my teeth this week, Gratitude Dance, and for my I-Mac Pro Laptop, the internet, youtube and facebook the tools that are helping me spread my message of hope for all hearts to discover their deep well of Unconditional Love.
