Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) love learning about how smart my heart is. By reading the book The Heart’s Code I am learning that my heart is more electromagnetically power than my brain by 5000%. That every cell in my body is effected by every beat of my heart. My heart contains memories, information and chemicals that my body requires to thrive. I care for my heart by exercising it daily loving everyone, every situation and every moment of my life. The more I love the bigger my heart energy grows and the happier I get. I realize that the only person I can help is me and the best way to help me is to help everyone in my life. The more I listen to my heart the more empowered I am. I am worthy of being heard. I am worthy of love. I am a beloved child of the Universe and the Universe delights in my dreams.
