Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) believe in my ability to effect change in my world. I read books by the enlightened masters that have come before me and I feel empowered. I am a change agent. I embrace life with a sense of courage. All the movies that I enjoy tell stories of people overcoming human weakness and following their higher selves. So today I listen to my higher self. When I come across any situation or person that needs love I slather it on thickly. I see faces smile in response to the love I share and I am am high on life. I give my love to you freely as it is bestowed on me daily by the Universe freely. I have free air and also free love as my heart still beats so I must be surrounded with the love of the Universe. My daily goal it to share my compassion with everyone I meet therefore building up my love account in the Universe for use at a later date by all who need a bit more love. I continue to fill my thoughts, actions and emotional body with love so that I may radiate love out to the Universe with the strength of the sun.
Today I am grateful for our car getting all taken care of before we leave on our trip we have two new tires and today the oil is getting changed by our favourite mechanic Jerome who loves to work on TDI Jetta cars more than anything, for getting to give another healing session of reflexology yesterday as I love sharing the Universe’s energy through my thoughts and hands to jumpstart my clients own energy bodies towards life, and for my brother Tim Sorensen e-mailing me to let me know the paintings we shipped to him for Robert Cerins’ upcoming art show arrived all safe and sound.
