Affirmation, Gratitude and Family

Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) delight in the connections made during conversations on plane flights, waiting in airports and taking a shuttle from Las Vegas to St. George, Utah where my mom lives. Being open to new people and having conversations with strangers (or friends I have just met) is something I admired in my father and a skill I have been honing for years now. I am a conversation starter connector of hearts and a sharer of gratefulness. Choosing to focus on the good in life increases my healthy brain chemicals, my energy level and the amount of smiles I have to share. I allow my heart to open to the pain of the world and exude peace. I have the power to change my life, be responsible for my actions and forgive first. Thank you for being here with me today. Thank you for sharing your awesome self with me. I Love You.
Today I am grateful for arriving tired, hungry and safe after two plane flights and a lay over at the Phoenix air port where the seats have no arms and I laid down covering three seats and slept until time to get on the next plane, for getting to sleep in to 6:00am this morning as the last two mornings of traveling got me up at 4:30am and 5:15am and for being in the house of my mother and step father surrounded by the familiarity of my grandma’s paintings, the three ceramic mermaids that have always hung in the bathroom, the photographs of family, Robert Cerins‘ art that my Mom purchased, and an amazing bed to lay down and sleep in last night. I feel refreshed and renewed. Thank you for joining me on my happiness journey! ♥ :~)

Being at home with family warms my heart and allows me to grow in love and acceptance for all that is. :~)
