Affirmation, Gratitude and DNA

Today I am grateful for friends that inspire me like Sarah Wilson as the other night at the dance Robert Cerins played at, he asked Sarah to get up on stage to tone or chant with the band, so Sarah got on stage and hit notes that were on key in a relaxed fashion that was coming from the core of her being (maybe I will get on stage next time) for getting a referral from one of my house cleaning clients and she asked me to bring by some business cards so that she can give them out and for listening to the animals in my life as well as the people and even listening to myself, as I know what is best for me if I take the time to ask myself what is really important and necessary for me to do in this moment. Thank you for your moments. Thank you for bringing joy to our would. I Love You. ♥ :~)
Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, love what I do. When I am washing the dishes I am loving the meal we shared on the plates. While I scrub the toilet I am grateful for running water. During the day when I go for a walk or go up and down the stairs I passionately realize I have coordination, feelings in my body and physical strength. I do all my chores, jobs and activities in conscious awareness that the attitude with which I do my actions is the most important part of the action itself. So today as the floors get washed and the surfaces get wiped I think about the connection of all life as someone cut the granite counter tops and the Universe over time created the granite, I marvel at the beauty in animate and inanimate objects. I have some of the same minerals in me as do the rocks. I have some of the same DNA as the person who cut the granite and I have some of the same DNA as you do. Thank you for being here today. Thank you for sharing your caring and considerate self with me. I Love You. ♥ :~)
an image of an original painting of a room with an arched doorway to the outside where there is water, a palm tree and a boat. the room has a red floor a painting on the bright yellow wall and a comfy blue chair.
Being aware that all life is connected makes me feel safe and sane.
