Today’s Affirmation; I, Stephanie, (insert your name here if you like) pay attention to life today. I observe people as the innocent child I am everyday. I listen for the needs behind the emotions of everyone I meet so that I may understand them, empathize with them and honour where each person is on their path to wholeness. I embrace where each soul is as perfect and I feel safe. I give people the right to be wrong, I take the situations of life lightly so that I may soar peacefully through this existence of change and remember that at my DNA level I am 99.9% the same as everyone on the planet. So today I patiently treat my earthly relatives as my children, my friends and my family knowing that I we are all connected by the DNA at the centre of my cells and I am safe. I practice being loving every day as I want to be great at being kind, friendly and holding space for the emotions of myself and everyone else.

Today I am grateful for a sunshine filled weekend of friends and staying home getting caught up on stuff around the house, as cleaning my own home feels comforting, for getting to hang out at the quarry near our home this weekend getting some vitamin D, playing in the water and watching the life habits of crawdads or crayfish, then Saturday night having a musical jam with talented musical friends I am sure there was more than 100 years of practicing in the room, (ah, practice does indeed make perfect) which is why I practice being happy every moment of the day so that when I go back to the field of universal energy I shall be perfectly happy.
